He holds degrees in Food Science and Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University and University of Sligo, Ireland. respectively. He has a successful banking career and entrepreneurial ventures like TidyTowns Facility Management.

Currently a UK-based Community Support Professional, Ayodele enjoys driving, music, movies, reading, cooking and supporting Liverpool FC.
